PTT MMA Bodyweight Workout – No Egos – Dedication Only!

PTT No Egos Workout – Dedication Only

Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 sec rest with no rest in between.

Complete all 10 exercises, rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 full rounds. (Take breathers if you need to but try to get through all 3 rounds without stopping)

    Can you provide different view of the “rotational knee ups”, the angle used makes it difficult to see what is happening there? Or can you just explain the exercise in a response? Thanks for everything you do for the public!!

    Hey Jorge,
    The knees in are like mountain climbers but you are rotating your torso (bringing your knee to opposite elbow, as fast as you can.
    I will demo it in another video for sure

    Hey Funk, thought I best reply after completing this one earlier. It absolutely finished me off, on the 3rd circuit I had to switch to 45/15 work/rest ratio as I was creamed. Thanks very much though, cracking workout…

    Only 2 rounds for me and totally wasted !!! Next time, as Darren I’ll switch to 45/15 and try to complete 3 rounds… thanx Funk 🙂
