PTT No Egos Workout – Dedication Only
Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 sec rest with no rest in between.
Complete all 10 exercises, rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 full rounds. (Take breathers if you need to but try to get through all 3 rounds without stopping)
1. Side-to-Side Jump Sprawls
2. Plank – Push Ups Builds
3. Alternating Pistol Squats or Single Leg Squats
4. Floor Abs Windshield Wipers
5. Side-to-Side Plyo Split Lunges
6. Chin Ups
7. Rotational Knee Ups
8. Stationary Hands Up High Knees Sprints
9. Side to Side Sliders
10. Side to Side Table Hip Thrusters
