Ninja Back Exercise for Combat Athletes (Guest Video Post)

I want to introduce you to my buddy Rick Kaselj, MS who specializes in exercise and injuries. I asked him to shoot a video of the best Ninja exercise for combat fighters.

In the video he and his assistant, Orsy, show how using a resistance band can help develop anti-rotational work to strengthen your truck and core, which helps to make your back stronger.

You can use the resistance bands with grappling movements, squats, lunges with rotations, step back rows, explosive pull downs to the sides and lat rows, among other exercises.

Even if you’re not having pain right now I still recommend you download this while it’s free so that you don’t wind up doing something that aggravates a lesser issue into something more serious.
