Here is a new strength 7 conditioning circuit that you can use throughout the week to help with overall strength endurance, core, explosive power and cardio.
If you use my Elite Strength & Conditioning for Combat Fighters program then try this during the week to start 2015 on point
Spartan Metabolic Workout (FFSC) – “Unanimous Decision”
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest.
Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds
Total Work Time: 41 minutes
Beginner – 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest = 25 minutes
Intermediate – 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest = 36 minutes
