MMA Strength Workout – “Awaken the Beast”

MMA Strength Workout by Funk Roberts to build “Anytime Strength. This is a great MMA strength circuit that you can do at the gym to build strength and endurance

MMA Strength Workout “AWAKEN THE BEAST”

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest.
Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 total rounds

Warm Up Routine –
Post Workout Stretch –

1. DB Snatch R – 70lbs
2. DB Snatch L – 70lbs
3. Abs Roll Outs
4. Wrestlers DB Lunge – 10 lbs
5. Alternating Running DB Punches
6. Pull Ups
7. Overhead Med Ball Squats – 20 lbs
8. Parallel Bar Dips
9. Side to Side Hops
10. DB Press – 60lbs
(Note weight is what Funk used not what he suggests)
