FUNK GLADIATOR 300 – OVERVIEW
You can use different variations of exercises for this challenge. For example: chin ups instead of pull ups, pushups with knees on the ground instead of regular pushups.
You can split up the reps if you like. For example: 5 rounds – 10 reps each exercise or you can superset exercises together – 10 reps of pull ups and spring ups for 5 rounds…
COMPLETE ALL 300 REPS FOR TIME
- PUSHUPS – 50 REPS
- PULLUPS – CHIN UPS – 50 REPS
- ABS SPRING UPS – 50 REPS
- PARALELL DIPS-BENCH DIPS – 50 REPS
- SQUAT TO ALTERNATE LUNGE – 50 REPS TOTAL
- MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS – 50 PER LEG
