Germix is training for his Muay Thai Fight at TriStar Gym in Montreal – October 24, 2010.  After watching him blast through my challenge in 9:24, his conditioning is going to be no problem.  And after watching his last fight, his Muay Thai will be SICK!!!!

FUNK GLADIATOR 300 – OVERVIEW

You can use different variations of exercises for this challenge.  For example: chin ups instead of pull ups, pushups with knees on the ground instead of regular pushups.

You can split up the reps if you like. For example:  5 rounds – 10 reps each exercise or you can superset exercises together – 10 reps of pull ups and spring ups for 5 rounds…

COMPLETE ALL 300 REPS FOR TIME

  1. PUSHUPS – 50 REPS
  2. PULLUPS – CHIN UPS – 50 REPS
  3. ABS SPRING UPS – 50 REPS
  4. PARALELL DIPS-BENCH DIPS  – 50 REPS
  5. SQUAT TO ALTERNATE LUNGE – 50 REPS TOTAL
  6. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS – 50 PER LEG

WHERE DO YOU STAND

Under 10 Minutes – TRUE GLADIATOR

Under 15 minutes – GLADIATOR IN TRAINING

Above 15 minutes – BACK TO THE GLADIATOR CELL
