Here is a full workout from my conditioning class this week. It includes a bodyweight circuit and abs finisher at the end.
This circuit targets your entire body and will help improve you cardio, muscular endurance, explosive power, abs and core strength.
Bodyweight Circuit
Perform each exercise one after the other for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 full rounds
1. Alternating One Arm Burpees
2. Push Ups
3. Jumping Lunges
4. Alternating Side to Side Bridge
5. Explosive Jumping Jacks
6. Mountain Climbers
7. Duck Walks
8. Squat and Front Kicks
9. Walking Plank
10. 180 Degree Sprawls and 2 punch
Abs Finisher
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds followed by 5 sec rest on after the other with no rest. Perform one full round
1. Abs and Obliques In and Outs
2. Windshield Wipers
3. Hip Thrusts
4. Knee Grabs
5. Foot Grabs
6. Jackknife Elbow Strikes (Leg off ground)
7. Leg Raise Holds
8. Spring Ups
9. One Leg V-Ups Alternating (leg off ground)
10. Obliques Side Reach
