This is great for combat athletes as this dumbbell workout will help build strength endurance, power, core and grip strength and cardio.
For some that wants to be lean, ripped and strong, you will also build muscle while burning fat.
This is a tough single arm dumbbell complex that will push you physically and mentally.
Grab a dumbbell (heavier and challenging) and perform 6 reps per movement:
1. 1 Arm Power / Hang Snatch:

3. Off Set Drop Lunge:
4. 1 Arm Bent Row
5. Single Arm Dumbbell Swings
6. Dumbbell Goblet Squats
