METABOLIC WORKOUT

SPARTACUS ARMAGEDDON WORKOUT

With the Mayan calendar predicting the world to end in 2012, I created this advanced workout to help get you prepared for doomsday. This is a tough workout with advanced exercises to get you the lean, ripped physique and crazy conditioning. If you are up for the challenge try it today.

Workout Instructions

10 Exercise Circuit – Complete 3 Full Rounds – 41 Minutes

Perform each exercises in succession for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. You will do as many reps as you can, in that duration, then move on to the next exercise

After you have complete all 10 exercises or one round in succession you will rest for 2 minutes. COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS

Diamond Push Ups
Walkout and Tuck Jumps
Frog Crunches
Dumbbell Thrusters
BOSU Ball Side to Side Jumps
Swiss Ball Plank Climbers
Dumbbell Floor Press and Hip Raises
Jumping X-Jacks
Dumbbell Pushups and Front Raise

    FUNK, i still do the Kettlebell workout with jump-roping intervals that i saw in one of your workouts. Good Stuff. Gets the heart pumping. I taught myself the snatch and clean&press from watching your workouts. Love your site and thanks for the tips.

    I just checked this link early this morning, the workout had the same name and timing/intervals but had a side plank kettlebell raise as the last set – can you post a link to that one?
