SPARTACUS ABS AND UPPERBODY WORKOUT FROM THAILAND

I thought I would put together this wicked abs, core and upper body workout that I did at the world renown 13 Coins Muay Thai gym made famous by fighter Saenchai Sor Kingstar. Angela and I stayed and trained there on this trip and I took some of their fighters through this workout.  It killed them.

I am always trying to bring the best workouts from everywhere and during my trip in Thailand there is no exception.  My Spartacus Abs, Core and Upper Body workout is no exception.  If you want serious abs, strong core and a powerful upper body then this workout is for you.

I combined movements that use  alot of muscles in your upperbody and core with tradition abs exercises to help strengthen the abs.  You have to have a strong inside  to take the punishments of kicks, knees and punches.

The workout focuses on upper body and abs and core which is essential for MMA and Martial Arts athletes. Like my other Spartacus workouts this is a 10 exercise circuit that flips flops between and upper body/core exercise and abs/core exercise.

You perform each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 5 second transition period (MAKE SURE YOU SET YOUR GYMBOSS TIMERor 20 reps, one after the other unril you hit 200, rest for 1.5 MIN AND REPEAT FOR 2-3 ROUNDS
