I have the pleasure of training professional MMA fighters and Sergej Juskevich is one of them. Here is a conditioning circuit I took him through during the last week and a half before his fight. MMA PRO CONDITIONING CIRCUIT #2

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
10 Exercise Circuit – 60-15 Intervals
Complete 3 Full Rounds with 2 minute Rest between rounds- 41 Minutes

Set Gymboss Timer to perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. You will complete as many reps as you can with good form. Make sure you move rapidly through the reps.

1. Kettlebell Squat and Press
2. BOSU Step Lunge and Knee
3. BOSU Exploding Push Ups to Plank
4. Kettlebell Swings
5. Kettlebell Alternate Bent Over Row
6. Dumbbell Run and Press
7. Stability Ball Roll Ups
8. Med Ball Jump Squats
9. Alternate Plank Reach Under
10. Rotating Chest to Ground Burpees
