PROGRADE POST WORKOUT BERRY SMOOTHIE

As a Mixed Martial Arts athlete, one of the most important aspects of being elite and performing at a top level is your nutrition. You can’t just shove regular people food into your mouth. You are special and that requires special nutrition consumed at the proper time of your training and non-training days.

One key time of the day your nutrition has to be on point is immediately after your training session. Ingesting a high quality protein-carb shake is an excellent way to ensure your body is able to refuel recovery, recharge and allow you to get home to eat a nutrient rich meal.

    Hey Malik, if you goal is to burn fat and build muscle then you will have a smoothie that is 2-1 carbs to protein and will drink it within 30-60 minutes after you are done
