This workout should be done after your run, before your Muay Thai technique class or as a warm up to MMA training

Do this workout 3-4 days a week

FUNK FIGHTER KICK WORKOUT

1. ALTERNATE WALL TEEPS – 100-200 REPS
2. ALTERNATING KNEES – 100-200 REPS
3. POWER KICKS RIGHT LEG – 3 SETS 25 – TOTAL 75 REPS
4. POWER KICKS LEFT LEG – 3 SETS 25 – TOTAL 75 REPS
5. DOUBLE KICKS RIGHT LEG – 2 SETS 25 – 50 TOTAL
6. DOUBLE KICKS LEFT LEG – 2 SETS 25 – 50 TOTAL
7. ALTERNATING KICKS – 2 SET 10 – 20 TOTAL
