MMA STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING WORKOUT #1 – INCLUDING TRX, BATTLE ROPES, BOSU, BELT BAND

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
10 Exercise Circuit – 60-15 Intervals – Complete 3 Full Rounds with 2 minute Rest between rounds- 41 Minutes

Set Gymboss Timer to perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. You will complete as many reps as you can with good form. Make sure you move rapidly through the reps.

1. Belt Band Tuck Jumps
2. One arm Sprawls
3. Battle Ropes (10 reps per grip)
4. TRX Mountain Climbers
5. Sandbag Zercher Clean and Squat
6. Stability Ball Renegade Rows
7. Stability Ball DB Press
8. BOSU Power Overs
9. Superman Push Ups
10. Heavy Bag Run and Punch

    nice combos as always Funk. i like adding in a 1 min treadmill run at 8 with 15% incline when i dont have a certain type of equip avail such as battle ropes
