What is a trip to Thailand without ripping out an awesome Kettlebell Workout? No worries I was able to get some done with the help of MMA Strength and Conditioning Coach Randy Hale of Tiger Muay Thai and MMA.
Randy has actually trained UFC fighters and hundreds of MMA athletes that pass through the academy each week, preparing them for fights. Randy hooked us up with this great workout and introduced us to two new kettlebell exercises that I am totally going to incorporate with the athletes I train.

PERFORM 2 FULL SETS OF HALES ROLLING GET UP AND HALES HYBRID KB SWING WITHOUT REST
30 REPS ROLLING GET UP (LH)
30 REPS ROLLING GET UP (RH)
300 HALE’S HYBRID KBSWING
1000 METRE RUN OR 3 MIN SKIPPING
REPEAT FOR A TOTAL OF 2 SETS AND WRITE DOWN TIME
MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE GOOD FORM AND TECHNIQUE WHEN DOING THE EXERCISES.
