MMA ABS AND CHEST BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT

BODYWEIGHT 600 CHALLENGE

I used this workout today in preparation for my training in Thailand. I figure I am going to be doing a tonne of pushups and abs work, so better I get ready now!  – Stay tuned for 2 more upper body and abs/core workouts.  After doing this challenge my chest was super pumped and my abs were ripped

LOVE IT!  Use this workout on an off day, while watching TV, as your strength and conditioning workout before doing drills or take the challenge.

ROUND 1
20 PUSHUPS PLYO STAGGERED PUSHUPS
20 SITUPS IN AND OUTS
20 PUSHUPS REGULAR PUSHUPS
20 SITUPS LYING CRUNCHES
20 PUSHUPS WIDE PUSHUPS
20 SITUPS – BICYCLES
20 PUSHUPS DIAMOND PUSH UPS
20 SITUPS OBLIQUE CRUNCHES SIT UPS RIGHT
20 PUSHUPS ELEVATED PUSHUPS (POWER PUSHUPS)
20 SITUPS – OBLIQUE CRUNCHES SIT UPS LEFT

3 ROUNDS TOTAL
1 ROUND – 10 FULL SETS 200 REPS
5 PUSH UPS AND 5 OF SIT UPS

ALTERNATE SETS WITH NO REST

1 SET IS 20 REPS
ROUND TOTAL IS 200 REPS

100 REPS OF PUSH UPS AND 100 REPS OF SIT UPS
REST FOR 90 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH ROUND

COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS FOR
600 REPS

You can also do this workout for TIME – 30 seconds of work followed by 10 sec rest(transition)
