This is the end of Week 1 of my training camp for my Muay Thai fight in Thailand.  My technique needs work, conditioning but that is why I have a great team at Lanna Muay Thai helping me and of course Ajahn Burkerk from Bangkok teaching me incredible fight strategies and technique.

MONDAY RUN SPARTACUS 3 CONDITIONING 3 ROUNDS SHADOW BOXING – BAS RUTTEN
TUESDAY   MMA CLUB CLASS AND SPARRING  
WEDNESDAY RUN AJAHN ONE ON ONE  LANNA CIRCUIT
THURSDAY RUN LANNA MUAT THAI CLASS BAG WORK
FRIDAY Drills & Clinching AJAHN ONE ON ONE   
SATURDAY   SPARRING AT LANNA (1.5 HRS)  
SUNDAY   REST DAY
