FUNKMMA introduces TRX Suspension training with Mark Mariani

I am always trying to bring you the best MMA Coaches and Trainers in the world to help you become the best conditioned MMA athlete you can be.  While in Thailand I trained with Mark Mariani, TRX certified trainer who has trained MMA and UFC Fighters from all over the world.

I have to say, this guy is a machine.  I mean he hasn’t done any traditional weightlifting in 3-4 years (he just using the TRX with kettlebells, dumbbells and other functional tools.) and he looks phenomenal.

 I THINK I JUST FOUND THE NEW MAYOR OF JACK-SONVILLE!! – MARK IS JACKED!!!!!!
