    Hi Funk,

    I’m a Rugby player in the UK and play at quite a decent level. My position is wing (American Football terms Running Back) so I’m quite a quick guy but as you know we could all do with being a little better. I was just wondering if I wanter to:

    Fitter (conditioning)
    Stronger
    Faster
    More Ripped and Defined
    if your programmes would help or be beneficial and if so which ones would you recommend.
