CHEST FINISHER WORKOUTS

If you are looking to put some size onto your pecs, build muscle and endurance in your upper body, shoulders, triceps. Increase strength in your core, tendons and joints. Become more flexible in the hamstrings and lower back.

If the answer is YES, then try one or both of these crazy Chest Finisher Workouts (Dumbbell and Bodyweight) that you can do after your main training session or on an off day.

For the Combat fighter possess all the above attributes are important to becoming a more conditioned athlete and staying injury free.

You can implement these Chest Finishers into your overall strength and conditioning program to improve overall strength.
Not to mention add a little muscle, size and definition to your chest.

Try one or both of these Chest Finisher workouts once a week for the next 4 weeks and gauge your results.

4 Minute Bodyweight Chest Finisher

Workout Details

DUMBBELL CHEST FINISHER – PEC PUNISHER WORKOUT

Perform 7 reps of each exercise one after the other for a total of 35 reps. Rest for one minute and repeat.

Exercise List
High Incline DB Press — 7 reps
Slight Incline DB Press — 7 reps
Flat DB Press — 7 reps
Decline DB Press — 7 reps
Push Ups — 7 reps

 

4-MINUTE BODYWEIGHT CHEST FINISHER

Perform each exercise one after the other for 30 secs of work and no rest. Go through the circuit twice with no rest (that’s 8 rounds or 4 minutes straight)

Two-Level Plyo Push Ups
DiveBombers
Hindu Push Ups
Judo Push Ups

    great video man. i really love all your videos coach, i had a suggestion, it would be really great that if u come up with a complete finisher series for all different body parts, just like arm finisher and this great chest finisher , you could come up with a shoulder finisher, a abs finisher, legs finisher, a back finisher. so people who are only doing your great metabolic cardio workouts can use these different workouts on different days to train their body parts. u know it ll awesome if u could come up with something like this.
